The Camden Riversharks are a professional baseball team based in Camden, New Jersey, in the United States. The Riversharks are a member of the Liberty Division of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, which is not affiliated with Major League Baseball. From the 1998 season to the present, the Riversharks have played their home games at Campbell's Field, which is situated at the base of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, and has a view of the Philadelphia skyline.
Since beginning play in 2001 as an expansion team, the Riversharks have consistently averaged over 4,000 fans per game, with crowds approaching and sometimes exceeding 7,000 on fireworks nights. The Riversharks baseball team is a cheaper alternative to the Major League Baseball team across the river, the Philadelphia Phillies. The name "Riversharks" refers to the location of Camden on the Delaware River, as the primary logo incorporates the Ben Franklin Bridge that links Camden to Philadelphia.

Team History
The Riversharks are not the first baseball team to call Camden, New Jersey home. The Camden Merritt, named for former state senator Albert Merritt, of the Interstate Association played there in 1883, but disbanded the same year. Another team from the Tri-State League played in Camden in 1904, but they too disbanded, during the season. The inception of the Riversharks in 2001 was the first professional baseball team in Camden, New Jersey since the 1904 season.

Campbell's Field
Campbell's Field is a 6,425-seat baseball-only stadium in Camden, New Jersey that opened in 2001. It was built as the home of the Camden Riversharks baseball team, as well as to the college baseball team of the Camden campus of Rutgers University.
The park, located at Delaware and Penn Avenues, features a commanding view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge connecting Camden with Philadelphia, Pennsylvania across the Delaware River. Views of the Philadelphia skyline are available from the right-field grandstand. These views can be seen through the "Campbell's Field Cam", a stationary weather camera used by KYW-TV in Philadelphia.
Most of the seating is in a single bowl, with a cross aisle separating lower box seats from upper box seats. There are sky boxes as well, and the upper deck also contains two grandstand areas for private parties.
The park is named for the Campbell Soup Company, which paid $3 million for naming rights over ten years. No word on whether broadcasters there might call a high popup a "can of soup" instead of the traditional "can of corn".
On July 14, 2004, Campbell's Field hosted the Atlantic League All-Star Game.
