Buster Mills (September 16, 1908 - December 1, 1991) was a speedy outfielder who appeared in a career-high 123 games with the Boston Red Sox in 1937.

Overall Career
Often used as a leadoff man because of his good speed, Mills was a regular for only the 1937 Red Sox and the 1938 Browns. While with Boston, Mills established career-bests in hits (149), home runs (7), RBI (58), runs scored (85), doubles (25) and stolen bases (11). He also committed 14 errors while patrolling left field.
In 34 games for the 1940 Yankees, Mills hit .397/.457/.587 for an OPS+ of 173. After two stints with the Cleveland Indians in 1942 and 1946, Mills went on to become a coach and managed eight games for the 1953 Reds. Following the season Mills returned to Boston as a coach for the 1954 season and went on to scout for Kansas City and the Yankees before retiring in 1973.

- Replaced Rogers Hornsby as manager of the Cincinnati Reds in 1953. The Reds went 4-4 in games managed by Mills.
- Played football for the University of Oklahoma and kicked the winning field goal in the East and West Shrine Game in 1930.
