Brian O'Halloran is a graduate of Colby Colege. He was born October 28,1971

Brian journey's to the Red Sox front office starts in Russia in 1999, after spending three year wokring there. Brian chose to change his career path to one involving baseball. He chose to attend UCLA business school. Where a friend mentioned him to Theo Epstein . Theo who then was working with the San Diego Padres gave O'Halloran his break with an unpaid intership. In 2002 Brian moved to Boston and again asked Theo for work.

Well, the Red Sox front office (before Theo was GM) was not allowed to hire another intern. So Brian could not come in until after mid-night and would then chart that night's game on whatever computer was open. While working the wee hours of the morning, for nothing, he worked as substitute teacher to pay the bills. Shortly after Theo Epstein was hired he gave Brian a paying job as Baseball Operation Assiantant. And then in 2005 he was promoted to Directer of Baseball Operations.
