- Has now played six seasons of minor league ball (including 2007) and has played in CIN, PHI, FLA, PIT and BOS minor league systems.
- Assigned to High-A Lancaster for the 2007 minor league season, where he went on to dominate the league. In just 250 AB he hit 23 HR, and batted .344/.391/.696/1.087. Despite his impressive season, given his age it is unclear what his role and placement will be moving forward.
