Overall Career
Bernabe Figueroa "Bernie" Williams (born September 13, 1968 in San Juan, P.R.), was about 5 hours from becoming a Red Sox. At the last minute Albert Belle decided on Baltimore instead of New York, the Stein offered up big for Bernie, and Williams was gone. Perhaps for the best. Very solid player, loves the jazz guitar, throws like Damon on a bad day.
