Sox and Allentown
The Red Sox moved their Eastern League affiliate from Albany, NY to Allentown, Pa for the 1958 season. They would stay there for 3 seasons, finishing the 1959 season in second place (and losing in the first round of the playoffs). They would move to Johnstown, PA. for the 1961 season.
