- 4/10 - Unquestionably one of the greatest Walk-Offs ever as the Red Sox rallied for 7 runs in the 9th inning of their Home Opener against the Seattle Mariners. Troy O'Leary, Mark Lemke, and Darren Bragg all scored scored before Mo Vaughn stepped to the plate with the bases loaded. The Hit Dog's Grand Slam off Paul Spoljaric then scored Mike Benjamin, Nomar Garciaparra, and John Valentin to complete the rally.
- 4/12 - After Jim Leyritz tied the game in the 9th with a Solo homer off Heathcliff Slocumb, Reggie Jefferson's pinch-hit single scored Troy O'Leary with the winning run.
- 4/15 - Troy O'Leary singled home John Valentin off T.J. Mathews after Mo Vaughn was intentionally walked. Dennis Eckersley picked up the win in relief.
- 4/17 - The Red Sox scored 2 runs in the 9th off Cleveland starter Charles Nagy to send the game into extra innings where Sox pitcher Steve Avery pinch ran for Mo Vaughn and scored on Darren Bragg's game-winning single off Paul Assenmacher.
- 4/20 - Mo Vaughn's 11th inning single off Eric Plunk brought home Jim Leyritz.
Boston 6, Cleveland 5 - 11 innings
- 6/14 - Troy O'Leary singled in the 10th off Jim Mecir to plate Nomar Garciaparra for the win.
Boston 3, Tampa Bay 2 - 10 innings
- 7/23 - Pinch hitter Jason Varitek brought home Darren Lewis with a single off Randy Myers to take this one in the 10th. The Sox had earlier scored 4 runs in the 8th, 2 in the 9th and nearly won in regulation when pinch runner Steve Avery was thrown out at home.
Boston 8, Toronto 7 - 10 innings
- 8/11 - After Johnny Damon had scored the go-ahead run for the Royals in the top of the 9th off Sox closer Tom Gordon, Scott Hatteberg's double-play ball plated Troy O'Leary to send the game into extras. In the 10th, Nomar Garciaparra drilled a Jeff Montgomery offering for a 3-run Walk-Off homer.
Boston 7, Kansas City 4 - 10 innings
- 9/2 - Nomar Garciaparra clubbed a Walk-Off grand slam off Bobby Ayala, scoring Mike Benjamin, Darren Lewis, and Mo Vaughn.
