- 5/26 - Tim Naehring Doubled home Wil Cordero, and pinch runner Jeff Frye in the 9th inning off Doug Jones.
- 6/16 - In the first interleague game in Red Sox history, Troy O'Leary doubles home 2 runs in the bottom of the 9th to tie the game at four. Then, in the 10th, three straight batters reach base with 2 outs to bring O'Leary to the plate again with the bases loaded. Troy is promptly hit by the first pitch from Ricky Bottalico to drive in Tim Naehring with the winning run, a fitting end to a rather ugly game.
Boston 5, Philadelphia 4 - 10 innings
- 7/10 - Mo Vaughn drove Nomar Garciaparra home in the 10th inning off Mike Timlin to extend the game into the 11th where Nomar drew a walk from Timlin with the bases loaded to score Mike Stanley.
Boston 8, Toronto 7 - 11 innings
- 7/26 - Down two runs entering the 9th, Nomar Garciaparra and John Valentin singled to bring up Mo Vaughn. Vaughn launched a Troy Percival offering into the seats for the Walk-Off.
- 7/27 - For the second straight night the Red Sox scored 3 runs in the 9th to beat the Angels. This one ended on a Wil Cordero single off Mike James that scored John Valentin.
- 7/30 - For the third time in 5 days the Sox rallied in the 9th, collecting 3 runs and extending this one to 10 innings. Nomar Garciaparra was the hero as he singled off Edwin Hurtado to bring home Jesus Tavarez.
Boston 8, Seattle 7 - 10 innings
- 8/15 - After a Jim Corsi Blown Save, the Sox won in the 10th on a Reggie Jefferson single off Eddie Guardado, plating Mike Benjamin.
Boston 5, Minnesota 4 - 10 innings
- 9/18 - Jeff Frye singled off Kelvim Escobar to bring home Troy O'Leary and pinch-runner Michael Coleman for the comeback win.
