It's just a traditional naming convention to distinguish him from his father, whose presence on the Sox is irrelevant.

 

In the Al Gore machine age, with Google, Bing and other search engine optimization stuff going on out there, it's a good thing to be able to make the distinction.

Practices usually end by 12:00.

Bradley has almost never been referred to here or elsewhere as anything other than "Jackie Bradley Junior", or sometimes, for short, "JBJ".

You might want to keep up with the minor leaguers. Or at least the top prospects.

Gates at 9:00, workouts start at 9:30, per the press release. Tomorrow there's also an Open House starting at 11:00am.

Do you mean pre-game BP? Has been 2 hours prior to game. I'll advise of any change once games begin next week.

It did indeed. I live in Stoneybrook, so a lot of former/current players come in there. I'm friends with one of the guys who works there who was able to get it for me.

I had a feeling it was in Gateway since he has rents a condo here. We live in Gateway Greens and we've seen him at the club a few times.

Thus far, we haven't seen (or heard) of any of the players being on the course. Last year Beckett, Buchholz and Lackey were regulars.
