Belichick has an approach that has worked for him over the years; I don't see him being one to suddenly change it just because Brady is going to be one year older. He looks at the team, tries to find ways to improve the team, all the while avoiding any potential crippling salary cap issues down the road. A true "future cap be damned" strategy hasn't worked since the 1994 49'ers, and that was the 1st year of the cap. The Pats aren't going to turn into the Jets-North.
And there is no way in hell that they end up with Revis unless and until the acquiring team decides to dump him a-la Talib; aka, it ain't happening.
