It might not make much of a difference... but Doc has to stop channeling his inner Grady Little, and realize that PP is human. As in "old".

Pulling a Ravens.
Obviously that's the strategy.

I don't see how it can get any worse for this team.
A KG injury

If Danny doesn't blow this team up at the deadline, he can be out of here. This is an embarrassment.
you seem to be making a ton of rash statements with the same underlining meaning. what do you suggest?

Wouldn't you explore every offer out there? This year is a loss and the next few don't look any better with this roster. It's time to hit the reset button on this team. I'm sure the Wicks and Rowe thread will be busy. When I'm sober and a lot less angry about this team, I'm willing to wade in. Game threads are still a place to rant.

They blew a 26 point lead. How can anyone defend this?
They built a 26 point lead on the road on the back half of back to back games!!!
I am actually pretty shocked that they did that.

i'm not defending this loss. it was brutal and painful as a fan of this team. i just dont think this is a tony perkis "lack of hustle" type of situation.
the team needs to retool. too many shooting guards, too many players desiring playing time, and doc hasn't handled it right at all. so many different line ups...
also love how doc will sit terry for most of the game and then bring him in for offensive purposes in key late critical situations even when he's 1-8 off

It's sort of like being a fan of bantha pudu. You have to learn to hold your nose.

When I said "effort" before I should have used the term "performance." They look disjointed, out of sync with each other, uninspired, and worn down. A trip to Hawaii and an automatic "L" would have done more for this team long term than this kick in the balls.

Doc gets much of the blame for this one. The Paul Pierce iso with the last shot is just inexcusable at this point in his career. Then, when Paul saw he was 1v1 with Smith he had to dish off. He still had 8 seconds or so. The score there they win the game in a tough battle on the road against a good team and we're all happy. The way it ended was tear out your eyes bad.
It wasn't even 1v1 by the end. Pargo left Terry completely and came over to help. Pierce has to see that and pass.
I agree that it's the wrong play to start with.
