Turnovers on 2 huge late game chances to score, can't even get shots off. Team should be completely embarrassed at their execution late in games

Rondo and pierce get crapped on but the problem is in the sg and pf position. Bradley needs to start scoring like hi did last year and sullinger needs to keep growing.
I can only speak for myself, but Rondo getting crapped on is justified at times. Sure he had a great game and really kept us in it in the 4th, but he makes some very questionable decisions as the guy that is supposed to be running this offense. Passing up lay ups and trying to force cross court passes between defenders being the two major things tonight.

23 points, 11 assists and 10 renounds. 4 turnovers. 4. Do you want to get bananas over that?I can only speak for myself, but Rondo getting crapped on is justified at times. Meanwhile i was checking 82games.com, we re 4th in the pg position in the league countnfg both offense and defense. 2 nd in sf.
We re 27th in both pf and sg. Thats where the problem is.
Its not rondo the problem. Hes the best player and he s improved thisyear.

Is Doc's seat warming? He seemingly has tried everything with this group and they do not respond consistently on the court. In some ways it is reminiscent of Tito in September 2011, a champonship winning coach/manager and a team that isn't listening like they used to.
Tito's contract was up; Doc has over 3 1/2 years left. Never say never, but I don't think his seat is warm. I'd rather keep him and guy the roster than replace him. Seems like the playoff run last year was a last gasp, and although their options were limited, personnel moves obviously hasn't worked. This looks like a roster of some seriously flawed players.

The problem with this team is that the sum is lesser than the whole of its parts. As a group, they do whatever it takes to lose.
The Garnett/Pierce era is irretrievably over. It's just a question of how it ends. My guess is that it will end with a whimper, not with a bang.

Again, I agree that he is not the problem with the team, he's the reason we were close tonight, and I know the stats you posted back that up. All I'm saying is that sometimes the shit he gets from people here is justified, and tonight it was those two examples. In what turned out to be a one possession game, those were costly mistakes and really unforced errors. I don't think it's unreasonable for people to expect Rondo to take that layup as the leader of the offense in his seventh NBA season.

Pierce jacking up multiple low percentage shots. Good stuff.
This. Great atmosphere tonight. Pierce and terry killed them.

It never would have occurred to me that you felt this way. Maybe you should post it more often.

Yeah, I'm sorry, I really am. It's just depressing to lose on national television on a couple a turnovers that a good high school team wouldn't make. I get redundant when I'm depressed.

He is not the problem. KG/PP/Terry throwing up a 10-30 on a lot of open looks is the problem. Never mind the fact that Bradley was fucking invisible. I hear you on Rondo not taking the lay-up but, damn, that is not my takeaway from this game.
Also, Green is still a huge pussy. Watching him on the court is like watching me try to talk to girls when I was 15.

Agree completely. Lots of problems with this team, and Rondo is the least of them. But he is not infallible, that's my point.

5 losses in a row and counting. But let's keep everyone and make a run at the EC finals.
There we go Brick! Nice to see you coming around.
