I think I buy the idea that Bradley's defense is a more significant dynamic that having a shot blocker. Not nearly every blocked shot generates a turnover, or even a failed possession, but Bradley's defense is at least like jamming a wrench in the spokes of an offense, and often a flat out turnover. It doesn't just change the end point of an offensive possession and some of the other team's options, it clogs it up it from the very beginning, allows the other defenders a better chance and keeping the choke hold on it and often ends it as well. Even when he leaves the floor the other team's confidence is shaken, unless they're really poised, and the rhythm for our defense is already set at a high level.

So unless we're talking a shot blocker like Russel that can control where the block ends up, I'll take Bradley.
