This week, and every week heading up to the matchup, I will be giving a drunken rant on Peyton Manning. Because, let's be honest, who really cares about the Dolphins?

The Pats better. They only get one game with Gronkowski before shit gets real. And shit may get real on Sunday, regardless.

Where'd you hear this? He's played well in nickel packages.

I'd rather they hold Talib back even if he is 100% this week (which he won't be). He might be the 3rd most important defensive player after Big Vince and McCourty. There simply ins't another DB on the roster that can matchup 1-1 against the AJ Green's, D Thomas and Andre Johnsons of the world. Talib also allows NE to play McCourty at S which makes the entire secondary much better. If Cole/Talib/Dennard are all banged up NE should still be able to slow down MIA with Arrington and a FA DB. MIA WR are that bad, this team should not lose to Davone Bess and Brian Hartline.

Ten dollars for a finger? I thought you were a doctor not a prostitute.

I know there's not a huge difference, but c'mon man, have some respect for yourself.

Aw yeah, won't have to hit a sports bar for this one (I'm in the Harrisburg, PA area): http://www.the506.co.../2012/wk17.html

And I love that the New England market will get the Houston-Indy early game (alas, we're stuck with Baltimore-Cincy here). It appears that Indy's going try to head into the playoffs with some momentum, and will play for reaI, and I just have a feeling that Houston's going to honk this one. F*%^&$g win.

Am I the only one who just doesn't see it with Mrs. Tannehill? Something off about her face/forehead. There's no way that first photo is her, that women is about 100x more attractive.

Killer body though.

Miami has been pretty impressive this year for how terrible they looked in Hard Knocks. They've really only had one bad loss vs Tenn.

If anyone can find out where Mrs. Tannehill will be sitting, please let me know. I'm completely willing to make an ass of myself/get kicked out/get arrested to get some real-life cell phone pics of her so I can debate over her hotness with random message board strangers.

Why does a girl get credit for a great body if half of it's fake? Great ass, no doubt, but the fake tits don't do it for me. I'd much prefer a healthy A or B over pastic C or D.

EH --

I know girls' who have had their entire life course altered due to the addition of fake titties. One, in particular, was a real thin, pretty girl from NY. She used to complain to me about having to lick her ex's hairy ass.

Once she added massive breasts to her tiny frame, she began modeling, was featured in a music video, and married the owner of a very popular soft drink.

None of that would have been possible without implants.

Anyway, I think Sunday's game ends up being a dog fight.

Cole missed practice again today. Given that Dennard didn't play last week and Talib only played 8 snaps, are we looking at a McCourty / Arrington / Chung / Gregory secondary, a la the first few weeks of the season? Is Derrick Martin going to be the primary nickelback?

Guessing the inactives:
TE Gronkowski
G McDonald
DT Brace
DE Bequette
LB Spikes
CB Cole

I'm assuming Cunningham rejoins the team and they leave the 53rd spot empty for now.

I feel the exact same way. I told the story above because I, too, find it funny how a relatively pretty girl with an average body can be viewed as being "WOW!" following a 10k procedure. "They're fake? Don't care."

Just can't see the Broncos losing tomorrow. It will be 36 degrees and sunny in Denver, so we can't hope for a 10-7 snow bowl or anything like that. Given what's at stake, I think Denver will steamroll the Chiefs by at least 10 points.

People keep saying this, and it's of course objectively true, but if the Chiefs beat the Broncos it will be the biggest upset in what, a decade? I'm sure I'm missing a few games, but it's not that hyperbolic I don't think. I'm not sure what the betting line is, but I'm not sure I remember a time where I actually thought a team had absolutely no chance to win a game. In my mind, it would be one of the biggest upsets in NFL history. The Chiefs are really, really terrible. For perspective, the Chiefs are a total -169, and the Broncos are a total +157. The Chiefs are 2-13, while the Broncos are 12-3, have won ten in a row, and are at home. Is it theoretically possible? Sure. Is it, like, actually possible? No. It's not happening.

I dunno, Ed, the Broncos won 17-9 on Nov. 25th, and you're telling me it's not 'actually possible'? What does that mean?

Anyways, go Pats and stuff.

And the Broncos are in the Top 5 defensively vs. the run ... so a Jamaal Charles take over isn't likely, either.

But that's why they play the games.
