Free Rondo! Thousands of fans bought tickets to tonight's game to watch Rajon Rondo mesmerize the Blazers with his ball-handling wizardry and impossible passes. What kind of an asshole would have him sit out early season games when he's perfectly healthy and one of the stars of the show?

Also, the Blazers matched the big offer sheet signed by Batum in the offseason, so Dolomite's plans were moot from the get go.

While I've got you here, have you ever noticed that David Tennant's irises are really small? Or at least, that there's an abnormal amount of sclera visible above the top of his iris?

Can't say I have. Maybe that helps with all that dramatic stuff.

This is pretty much a lock to be the fewest points allowed in a game this season. That's back-to-back good defensive performances after giving up 100-plus in four straight games.

They have a very talented starting lineup, but they're young, go about six deep, and have struggled badly on this road trip.

I really liked the way Sullinger and Green worked together. Sign of good things to come. As Sully develops and Green gets stronger that should be an asset, with or without Garnett there. The less we see of Bass and Sullinger together the better.

Yep, how many times this season has a good performance by an iffy player NOT meant that they have finally "turned the corner".

I wonder if the Celts are a "west coast" team this year. Talented, but not that tough. Maybe that is why they hanlded OKC, but got
beat down by the Nets?
