Yes, because there can only be one answer to everything, ever.So I guess the Giants weren't motivated to win this game?

So I guess the Giants weren't motivated to win this game?
I think they just kind of lazily glazed through the game.

I think you know I'm making a joke about the meme on here about how the Giants can win any game they're motivated to.Yes, because there can only be one answer to everything, ever.
Moreover, they were kind of glazy.

The "motivated Giants" thing became a meme because one poster insisted on it. We all don't feel that way.
Just imagine if we created a meme from something one Patriot fan said on here...

JJ Watt is in his second season. Agree with the rest.Excluding the bullshit replacement refs in the beginning of the season, I am really enjoying what is happening around the league. Peyton is back. A lot of exciting rookies to look forward to (Luck, RGIII, Doug Martin, JJ Watt, Josh Gordon). Playoff races seem to be very tight in the NFC and the AFC Wildcard race. A lot of classic close games.
This is why we watch the NFL.

Coughlin complaining about refs after getting huge gift calls late in game. Waaahhhhhh.
I feel bad for the next team they play b/c any time the Giants complain about the officiating the next week they get about 8 just hilarious gift calls.

I can't believe Dallas has a semi-legitimate shot to still win the NFC East.
Same story every year. We knew giants would let them in it. They tried hard to blow it last year but romo missed austin and the giants stayed alive and eventually reclaimed it. 2010 they choked it and 2008. Cant wait to get hot every week 16. Eventually this team needs to stop falling apart in the second half.

Giants
Saints
@ Falcons
@ Ravens
Philadelphia
Cowboys
@ Bengals
Steelers
Saints
@ Redskins
Redskins
Ravens
@ Browns
@ Eagles
Cowboys
Every team has a legitimate shot. Still give the advantage to the Giants with their 1 game lead. If any team can go into Atlanta and win, it's them.

I watched that for a couple of minutes wondering what I should be looking for. Then I saw it and almost spit out my breakfast.
I just did the same thing. Nasty looking injury.
Looking at the playoff picture for the NFC, I'd definitely give the edge to the Skins. They can and probably should win all 4 of them.

Should win all four? They won't be better than 3 point favorites in any of them, and may be underdogs in a couple. The Redskins aren't that good.
Agree with Mr. Hillel. There are maybe three or four teams in the league who *should* win their next four games. The Skins are not one of them. Winning four in a row in the NFL is a pretty solid achievement.

And it would be 7 in a row if they win their next 4.

New orleans, @bal, @ atlanta. That's why we needed to be three games up and not one. I hate the yearly second half shit play. Can we trade divisions, please? Fucking asshole redskins.
Trade divisions? It's not as if the NFC East is full of great teams with good records. The teams in the AFC East would have the same or better records if they didn't, you know, lose to New England.

I'm tired of those 3 teams. I am. The Eagles were great for a long while, the Redskins are tough as hell and always make our offense look foolish and the cowboys are always competitive and fight us hard. I'd love to play the Jets, Bills and Dolphins for the next 5 years. I can't stand our 3 rivals. They make my hair white. Hopefully RG3 and Romo find a way to run into each other inexplicably when they play each other again.
Don't be fooled by records, these 3 teams play us like it's the damn super bowl each year. That's usually how it is with division rivals, and I am sure you experience it with your rivals, but I'm all RG3'd, Romo, Dez Bryant, Miles Austin'd, McCoy, Desean Jackson'd out. Take 'em off my hands before you find me waving to all of you, during our next game, in a bunny outfit screaming at Drew Brees.
With that said, a great week of football. And I'm glad the Giants' defense got their rest yesterday. Should come in handy when they try to avoid Brees' 5th touchdown next week.

Tiebreaker against the 49ers doesn't mean much because of the tie in the books for them - unless someone else ties they're not going to factor into any tiebreakers. They could certainly still lose 2 more (@Seahawks, @Patriots). The Pack still have a slate of tough division games left, and could easily drop one. If the Giants win out they still have a shot at that bye.Skins aren't winning 4 in a row. Their secondary will kill them and they aren't a great road team. With that said, it's likely they would be the only team to go 3-1, if any of them do, because the Giants' last 4 games are too tough and the Cowboys are way too flakey. What's irritating, though, is the Giants would have tiebreakers vs the 49'ers and Packers and it won't mean anything.
The NFC will likely see an 11 win bye team this year.

Yeah, I see this point. Since the 2002 realignment, the Phins have been to the playoffs once, Buffalo never, and the Jets five times. For Giants' NFC East rivals, it's Skins twice, Cowboys four times, and the Eagles seven times. The Pats have been more consistent than the Giants (therefore harder for their rivals to face) but I think it's still probably true to say the G-Men have faced a higher standard of competition. If you excluded the division opponents' games against the Pats and Giants respectively, I can't imagine that the NFC East trio doesn't have more wins, though I haven't the time to trawl through the records to prove this.
