No let downs. Keep it rolling at the Amway. Make Big Baby wish he was still in Green.

I would just like to point out how terrible Brandon Bass has played this season. Hideously awful in every possible way.

Edit: I take it back, he is shooting 89% on Free Throws. Otherwise, the point stands.

David Steele and Matt Guokas have lost their shit. They've decided that the assist is a meaningless statistic.

Did Scal just call Pau Gasol a future hall of famer?

Also, Scal is awful.

I really disagree. I think he's more more informative and insightful than most of the regulars I've heard around the league.

That could be an insult to the regulars around the league, though.

It's hard to imagine a player being worse than Green has been so far tonight.

I think Scal knows a lot of the players still in the league, and has some cool anecdotes, but his feel for when to talk and his delivery so that you can easily understand him, are bad. Just not a good broadcaster yet.

More simply: he talks goofy.

I think he's more knowledgeable than most of these guys, though. He knows what he's talking about, and I think he's pretty good at breaking it down on replays. I learn more from watching when he's on than when Heinsohn's on, that's for sure.

Some of it's novelty and a different perspective, but I think you're right. He reminds me a bit of Bradford doing the Red Sox games a few times. His presentation was a bit goofy too at times, but he brought some good insight at times I wasn't used to getting. Same for Scal.

Bradford blows at broadcasting. The jury is still out on Mr. Scalabrine.

The Celtics are a very good and likable team, but the NBA in general cranks out a tedious, damn-near unwatchable product.

Jeff Green is a terrible defender at the perimeter. That last Reddick three was all his fault.

Maybe so, but they both know their stuff and I'm happy to hear what them have to say. Substance gives them a bigger margin for error on the style side.

Ridiculously bad 4th foul call on Rondo there. Not close to a foul.

Cant lose to this joke of a Magic team, even if its on the road

Wow he's been around forever. From Wiki:

Richard T. "Dick" Bavetta (born December 10, 1939)[3][5] is an American professional basketballreferee for the National Basketball Association (NBA). Since starting in 1975, he has never missed an assigned game. By the start of the 2006–07 NBA season, he had worked 2,164 regular season and 228 playoff games, including 24 NBA Finals games.[1]He currently holds the league record for most officiated games.[6] On December 29, 2011 he officiated his 2,500th consecutive game.

Jeff Green has to be removed from the game. Not only terrible on offense, but refusing to guard anyone on defense.

And hey Doc....Rondo has 4 fouls, not 6

The amazing thing about Jeff Green's 20 minute, 1 point, 2 rebound, 1 assist, 0-9 FG stat line..... it doesn't begin to do justice to how poorly he played.

Just get a good shot, don't worry about the time
