Because someone has to do it. Let's start winning some games ok?

The other day Popovich called the Spurs "soft." If that assessment is correct, it's going to be the two Pillsbury doughboys duking it out.

Barbosa with a sweet floater. There's a seriously underutilized shot in today's game.

Bullshit foul on KG.

That whistle was awfully late.

Celtics have the market cornered on sucking at the end of quarters.

Gary Neal is a stone cold killer.

How did our defense regress so much?

I'm starting to develop a Mike Miller-level dislike of Tiago Splitter.

Let me make sure I have this right. Our defense emphasizes getting all five guys back on defense instead of going for an offensive rebound.

If that's the case, then why is our transition defense so bad?

KG's back in; we might get an occasional stop now. Rondo!

Lost in the defensive suck, Rondo is having a monster game.

These turnovers are killing any possible comeback.

Outrebounded 40-24. Zero offensive rebounds. Pathetic beyond words.

Jeff Green may have the worst rebounding instincts of any person on the face of the planet. Damn shame

At least it should be easy for the defensive maniac AB to get his pt back.

Can disappointing even begin to describe the start to this season?

Duncan had more rebounds than our starters combined.

That says it all.

Well, things are never as bad as they seem or as good as they seem, but tonight they seemed really, really bad. Once the SA lead got to double digits, you knew the game was over.
I've been an avid Celtics fan for a very long time. I was faithful through the Sidney Wicks years and the Dino Radja years. But this team has lost me. I feel badly for Garnett and Pierce having to wind down their careers this way.

112 points. This team has taken a huge step back defensively.

Garnett has taken a step back on D and the glass. And they are just a complete sieve with him off the floor. This is a middling team in the eastern conference. Too many flaws.

Get healthy Avery. We need you....to be included in the package for Josh Smith.
