Rondo's status is uncertain, but defense is a concept foreign to the Nets, particularly if Gerald Wallace is still out. This one could produce a 1980s-esque score.

Rajon will probably sack up and play, but it would be interesting to see how Doc juggles the PG spot if he doesn't. C's are starting to jell, and it's a sight to behold. Last night was fun, what with vicious dunks and KG behind-the-back razzle dazzle. Keep the freight train rolling, Nomar!

Get a lead and rest during this 5-game hell week.

National TV game, Marv Albert in the house, and the unveiling of the Barclays Center. You know the Commish, a NYC native, has given the go-ahead for some serious home cooking in favor of the Nets. Gonna be a tough road to hoe, particularly without Rajon. Nevertheless...

Gotta stay, that floor design at Barclays looks pretty sharp.

That said, crush these fuckers.

Lopez dominating the boards. Something never said since he was in high school.

Did anyone see Humphries on the replay of Lopez's dunk after the neat pass from Deron Williams? Whatever he did, it looked a lot more like "showing up" the defender than what Jeff Green did to Al Jefferson.

Even Sullinger isn't boxing out. It's like they're allergic to rebounding fundamentals.

Sully already has the D-Wade yell and act like you got pushed while going up for an offensive rebound down pat.

Well, the good news is, Green actually tried to box out. The bad news is, Green has no chance holding his ground against Blatche.

This is comical. It's almost a given that the Nets will get at least 2 shots on the offensive end.
