We can start individual threads as appropriate, but here's a catch-all thread for now:

NY has a bunch of key guys hitting free agency, Pettitte (says he'll decide quicker this time, within the month), Kuroda, Martin, Swisher, all of whom I think they'll keep (hopefully) except Swisher. Ichiro on a one year deal for RF to replace Swisher is probably their preferred option there.

But for now, actual news: Heyman reports NY is unsurprisingly picking up Granderson's 2013 $15M option. He's probably in decline defensively, he stopped stealing bases almost entirely this year, he strikes out way too much, but he does have more HRs over the last two seasons than anyone else in baseball.
