If I ever owned a pizza place that sold beer in a hipster neighborhood, I would absolutely call it Local Pizza & Microbrew, sell nothing but PBR and Celeste pizzas, and make a billion dollars a year.


Your business would fail. Hipsters don't like Celeste, they like Ellio's.
