[Saints Rest]

I've posted this before for ALS auctions.

You are bidding on up to a week at my 4BR, 2 bath, home in Brewster, MA.
Date Range for occupancy: Sept 15, 2012 -- May 15, 2013

Opening bid: $500
Closing Date: 9/1/12 (unless Jose needs it to be sooner)

I don't have a problem with a lurker winning.
But it does bring up the point that i will ask for some measure of a security deposit (maybe $250) separate from the bid that I can hold onto "just in case." If there is no damage, you will get your $250 back.

Sorry to take so long to get these pictures up.

Here's the house on a sunny summer day:

And then there's the beach. It's called Saint's Landing, named after my great-grandfather who arrived there in the 1850's.


It's a beautiful place to watch a sunset, especially at low tide, where the tide goes further out than anywhere else in the world other than the Bay of Fundy:


It's even pretty amazing in a winter storm:
