Currently background noise and watching this episode on tonights Sportcenter. My god is this brutal.

Call me insensitive but why is this on my television when I'm trying to watch sports highlights? Is it news?

They had a guy who was 17 and recovered from cancer get a crazy LeBron James deal. I thought it was weird. He's going to live for a long time, so why are they granting his wish?

I guess I'm not enough of an insensitive prick, because I think it's the best thing, other than Cody Ross highlights, on SportsCenter. I cry every time.

I know. I hate it when powerful organizations use their influence to give sick kids a special experience.

Especially when those precious minutes could be devoted to insights and analysis from guys like Skip Bayless and Stephen A Smith.

Who wants to see some bald kid meet his hero when we could be finding out whether it's fact or fiction that Eli Manning is a top five QB?

Because getting cancer in high school sucks horribly for both the kid and the kin. Make A Wish is awesome so no problem with this at all aside from the fact it starts raining on my face during a lot of them.
