I caught Traut's post donating simple estate planning in CT and figured I'd chime in and do the same in Massachusetts.

I've run my own solo practice for 5 years now (licensed for 11). I specialize in estate planning and elder law.

What you get: (Couple or solo)

Wills
Powers of Attorney
Health Care Proxies
HIPAA Authorizations
If needed: Simple Trust for Minors

Normally for a couple, I'll charge about 950 (with the minor trust involved)

I'm located in Holden, but I do travel within a couple hours. Massachusetts only.

Wait, so this is worth $300 in CT but $0 in MA?

I know CT is full of rich assholes, but I had no idea that Massachusetts was so lacking in people with estates.

This is a very cool package, and obviously, at $50, a great deal. My office also charges between $750-$1,000 for these things, so please take advantage if you don't have a will yet, especially if you have kids.

Congrats to Cool Papa Bellhorn. Greg is correct. For a couple we charge $950.00 for this so you've got a great deal, and supporting a great cause.

Also, if one of the other bidders want to match Cool Papa's bid, I'll donate another estate planning package for you as well. First one to jump at this gets it.
