I am offering for auction training plans to the top two bidders. Winning bidders can name the length of their training plan up to nine months, for any sport and any event. If you need help choosing an event to train for, I can even help you with that as part of the service.
Check out my web site (www.mytriplus.com) for more information on how it works.
Value depends on the length and degree of difficulty of the training plan. A three month 5K plan would normally go for about $375, while a six month marathon plan would run $225 per month.
Happy to answer any questions interested bidders may have.

But seriously - getting in shape through racing in something like a 5K is a great way to do it. It keeps you focused on achievable and tangible goals. And I am available every step of the way to coach you through the program and address any and all questions you may have about fitness.
One of you should really do this.

Went out for beers on Saturday and woke up registered for two races this fall. Would like to avoid embarrassing myself if at all possible, and if I can fight AIDS in the process so much the better!

I'm getting back into running after being constrained into taking a hiatus, and now I think I need a big project so as not to obsess about life. A half marathon for my half century should about do that. Plus I want to investigate the barefoot phenomenon, and KW is the expert round here on that....
