Anyone in the DMV that wants to learn to box, or get some training with weights and/or cardio, or to consult by phone/email to get a diet and/or exercise program structured place your bids. I suppose I can arrange to accommodate more than one winning bidder; so let's say top 5, if there's that much interest?

Just to fill this out a little more, in the hopes of stimulating bidding: I was Gold Gloves and a professional boxer, and trained for 7 years with the legendary Goody Petronelli in Brockton, who learned to box from and alongside Rocky Marciano, so you can tell people you were two degrees of separation from the only undefeated heavyweight champion.

I have fairly extensive boxing teaching experience, and can tailor lessons to your experience level and comfort. I also was a personal trainer for years, so I can help design an overall workout and nutrition program in addition or as a separate item. I can also teach various olympic and powerlifts, etc. I can design programs and diets by phone/email - and have done so gratis for a number of posters here. In-person training would have to occur either in the DC area, or in Boston, but you'd have to be patient for the latter.

Taking some sage advice, I am expanding the scope of the offer: I will provide follow up guidance and training for 6 months. That is, I will be available for further boxing/weight training instruction, or, if someone is bidding for program and diet design, I will do weekly check ins to help tweak and refine.

I don't want to skew the bidding, so when all the bids come in, I'll just take what I can handle. Obviously, it'll be easier to help a bunch of people by phone/email than to do in-person stuff. I'm not sure how I'd teach boxing over the phone, but it'd be a fun challenge. I can definitely do diet/exercise stuff that way, though.

Yeah, everyone who bids, wins. Anything under 100, I'll write up a workout plan and diet and consult with them as needed. Anyone over 100, I'll meet up with once, provided they live in one of the specified cities, and either teach them to box, lift properly, exotic lifts, or just take them through a grueling sessions plus program and diet design. Fratboy is the big winner, so I'll meet up with him a few times, design programs, diets, teach him to box and/or lift etc.
