I've hated the Indians ever since the gnat game. Please destroy them. Thanks.

How is a team with a -42 run diff and such a shitty bullpen outperforming their pythag record by 6 wins?

Their closer, Chris Perez, is 23-for-24 saving games this season. The bullpen is tied for fewest blown saves (4). Their starters go pretty deep into games. Quality starts is a bogus stat but Cleveland in third in the AL with 40, five more than Boston and New York. Justin Masterson is eighth in the league in innings pitched (97.1) and Derek Lowe is 18th with 90 innings. Both are on pace for more than 200 innings this season.

Cano doubles in two runs in first. Tomlin needed 35 pitches to get 3 outs.

DeWayne Wise with a 2-run homer to second section in RCF. A bomb off hanging curve.

Hard to complain up 4-0, but terrible play by Cano to get thrown out at third in the first inning, especially when he clearly didn't run hard out of the box.

Cano and Swish homer in third for 6-0 lead. Swish's opposite-field homer to left traveled 325 feet.

Yanks lead MLB with 54 homers on road, too.

Tomlin maybe not ideally suited for Yankee Stadium, out after 3 innings, 80 pitches, and 6 ERs (including 3 HRs).

Kuroda looks great again, arguably having a better year than Darvish thus far and the best ERA among Yankee SPs.

Great splitter from Kuroda tonight, Jack Curry says it's his best of the year.

NY has the best record in baseball for the first time this year, despite Texas' far easier schedule.

Also, Cano has 9 HRs in June, amazingly the most he's ever had in a month.
