Well, that's definitely related to the Tommy John surgery. Hope rest is all he needs at this point.

Maybe it's "not related" in the sense that its not the surgical site or directly attached to it, but my not-a doctor-but-have-seen-this-story-before guess is that it's related in the sense of "the lower portion of his left arm seems to becoming less and less suited for major league pitching."
