Perhaps this is being discussed elsewhere, but I expected to find it here.

Included are increased numbers of tests, modifications of collection methods, etc. but the most interesting thing to me, b/c I didn't know about it, is hGh blood testing.
Also, the specific substance that triggered a positive test can now be made public.
