Jack Wilshere played 90 minutes in a U-21 win over Everton. Apparently, he had a "key role" in the two goals (both scored by Eisfeld). Frimpong also played the full 90. I guess we might see either of them make an appearance from the bench in the next two matches, but I expect both of them to start next week against Reading in the Capital One Cup.

Arsene's touchline ban is over, and he's rolling with Gervinho leading the line. Coquelin slots into the midfield, Ramsey moves to the right. No other changes from Saturday's match. This is probably going to suck.

The fans were shit last night. There's fucking disenchantment and being lazy, entitled cunts. Just a bunch of nacho munching toffs sitting there moaning about how Arsenal aren't beating this club they've never heard of 2-0 inside 10 minutes.

Schalke's fans kicked ass and literally sang Arsenal's fans out of the ground.

I had to work late for an event tonight and managed to find the one Gooner.

If this AGM shows anything it's that the people who blame Wenger are idiots. There is so much blatant dysfunction at the top. Bullshit, lies, and Kroenke ripping off the club. I have zero faith anybody could come in and do better than Wenger can. If he left I wouldn't be surprised one bit if Arsenal fell out of the European places.

Mind you, that's no excuse not to back the team when they're on the pitch.

I think the most telling contrast in the match can be seen from two sequences:

• Wilshere takes a free kick which is pretty much perfect. Low, well paced, and no one even touches it.
• United takes a short corner and Rooney plays a similar ball and Evra pounces on it.

There's something that United has that Arsenal does not right now. That hunger, that desire. I just don't see it from Arsenal right now. I've said this for several weeks. We don't move without the ball. There isn't the flow to our passing that we used to have. Everything is so fragmented. We struggle to score, let alone get shots on goal.
