Why in the world does DOc still have Pierce, Rondo and Ray in there!!!

Put in Marquis, Sasha, --- Doc is just asking for an injury here

I was just coming to post about the starters being in, glad I'm not the only one. Pierce's knee, Ray's day to day with his ankle, I mean, why aren't they sitting??

Doc was pissed after the defense let up and Philly got easy shots. Can't let guys like Meeks who can get hot gain any confidence for Game 4.

Hope the bench shows something as we might need them to step up as the playoffs continue...

Celts allowed 33 points in the first 12 minutes.

Then 33 more in the next 24.

I guess the experts were right, we can't expect another 28 point outburst from KG!!!

It's nice to have a relaxing game for once though! Philly will no doubt come out fired up for Game 4. After their offensive outburst against Atlanta the C's fell right back to horrible offense.

Hope they can bring this offense to Game 4.

Is Ryan Hollins the clumsiest, most awkward player ever on offense wow

Great win can't wait for Game 4

Huge win. Puts Philly's season all on game 4. They know it's win or season over so all the pressure is on them.

On Monday night my friend asked me what I thought about game 2 and the series. This was in the first half. What I told him is that I expected the C's to win one of the next two games. Either they would hold on and win game 2 and then maybe have a let down in the other building, or they would lose game 2 and come out with a lot of energy and maybe even blow the sixers out in game 3. I will be honest I didn't like the loss Monday but if they had struggled this game and especially if they had lost it I would have really been down about them.

I have nothing for game 4 though. I think there is just as much chance they have a stinker as repeat this performance. I'm guessing another close game and have to hope that they are smarter closing out the game than they were Monday.

Some specific notes. I don't like Brandon Bass the spaz that much, but it was nice to see him being active at least. I think this Sixers team was feeding off of the Celtics being so downtempo. Obviously Brandon Bass is a lot less important to that than Rajon Rondo, but it's about the whole attitude. I also think that Pierce is giving up a bit on his jumpshot which is a good thing for the Celtics. He can still drive the lane effectively it seems and despite his 6-17 from the floor he came up with 24 points thanks to 11-14 FT. That's what they will need from him if he can't be a threat from outside. It gets the Sixers in the penalty (it's atrocious honestly that they had a foul to give at the end of Game 2, that should never happen if Rondo and Pierce are attacking instead of playing the perimeter) and obviously FTs are nice.

Rondo was flawless tonight. Why doesn't he attack the rim like that every night? No fucking flip shots, he was going right at guys and finishing/getting to the line. 9-16 from the field with 14 assists and 1 TO. Unreal

From today's CHB offering: “I think they are looking at that other series [Miami-Indiana] a little bit,’’ said Collins. “I think they see Chris Bosh being out. They see a tremendous opportunity for themselves.’’

Between that comment and the inside the huddle stuff captured by TNT when Collins was imploring his team not to look defeated, Philly's coach is saying some odd things.

Good.

I kind of like Collins' style. The Celtics are the more talented team right now. He's just stating the obvious.

As much as the Celtics see a tremendous opportunity, the 76ers do as well, and Pacers for that matter.

Does anyone else think they could be the team that swoops in and steals Dwight?
