I believe it was a drug of abuse, not a PED. Nonetheless, at this rate Beckham's going to challenge Matt Bush for worst #1 pick (I mean, if not for the alcholism Bush probably would have been an impact reliever).

Well, if you look at their career, obviously Josh Hamilton wouldn't be anyone's "worst #1 pick." But in terms of how he obliterated his value to the team that picked him - by coincidence the very same Tampa Bay Rays - I'd argue that he might be the gold standard.
