Petco fences are coming in! :o

It will still be death to hitters. It's the west coast evening marine layer.

Saw that today. Still the dimensions are not bad. Remember how it was said that Gonzo would just blow up in Fenway as compared to Petco? Well, I wouldn't go that far but yeah, a tough place to hit. You'd think AT&T in San Fran would be hell. I've been to many night games there and the ball still flies.

Jerry has declined, but I think he genuinely realizes his job is kinda silly and he gets sick of talking about foul balls etc.

Then we need somebody new. You're describing a guy who has burned out and needs to move on to the next phase in his life.

I get WGN in addition to NESN (RCN Boston), and I am honestly considering a switch to Hawk Harrelson.

Now you're just talking kooky.

I'd feel way better with Tazawa as the closer than Aceves.
There I said it.

I would feel better with Beckett as the closer than Aceves. At least I don't see Beckett's HBP's coming.

I certainly wish him nothing but the best health wise, but he has had some problems. Maybe he'll just hang em up in a yr or so....please make it so.

If Tazawa can master his curve a little more, that would be filthy.

He's hung it several times tonight. Love the splitter though.

I know it's irrational, but I I hate to be slower than the fastest option. Too tempting to switch back to just tv to catch up.

One thing is I was out of the country for two weeks so I didn't listen to Don and Jerry until this week since all the yankees stuff was on TV with Fox or Yes feeds.

My one guess is they don't have the same rapport with BV as they did with Tito. A lot of what they said before seemed to come from Tito.

Tazawa's fastball settles in at 90-91 during his second inning of relief, so the 94 is just a teaser. He's not shy about using his offspeed stuff.
