I should point out that I have owned every NHL EA sports game ever made, so the fact that is sucks cuts me deeply. Doesn't stop me from playing it (roster updates are fun), but satiating the addiction should not be confused with enjoying it's presentation and game play.

I found a bunch of missed calls on my phone, all from a number I don't recognize along with two voice mails. The first voice mail is a girl's voice speaking in an affectionate tone to someone I assume is her boyfriend and simply says, "heyyyyyyy boo, call me back." The second voice mail - timestamped 15 minutes later - was the same girl's voice, but in a somewhat less amorous tone. "You are such a fucking asshole, and you have been since the day I met you. Blocking my number? You are so fucking immature. BYE." I can't help but wonder what role my Archerian voice mail hoax greeting played.

I spent my evening listening to the Michigan game on a radio stream. I wish more college games were on TV. Even the Notre Dame-BC game wasn't on TV tonight (I streamed it though). It would soften the blow of no NHL. Anyway, Jack and Brick are calling the BC-BU game on Sunday for NESN if anyone is jonesing to listen to them call a game.
