My God. It's the goddamn playoffs. What a bunch of spoiled fucking nancies is right. They completely dominated tonight and lost a playoff game on the road. It fucking happens. Yeah I'm not thrilled they lost but jesus christ it's not like they lost 10-3. For anyone to be as angry tonight as they were at any point last year (yes you, Jed Zeppelin) is insane. They split at home, they split on the road. Washington is legit, they're gonna have to work for it, it's not gonna come easy.

Of course BSF is worried. Everyone should be fucking worried. It's the playoffs....you should be worried from Game 1.

Do we know when Game 6 will be played on Sunday? I really hope they don't stick us with the 12:00 or 12:30 game after a matinee on Saturday. Other possible games on Sunday are Pens-Flyers and Preds-Red Wings and Kings-Canucks have Game 5. I'd say Kings-Canucks will be a 7 or 10:30 game. If all 4 are played on Sunday, I'd hope it will be Pens-Flyers at 12, Preds-Wings at 3, Bruins-Caps at 7:00, and Kings-Canucks at 10:30.

This is definitely a positive, I will agree with this. I just don't remember the Bruins struggling to score like this at any point in the playoffs against any team last year. Washington seems to have figured a way to neutralize their offense.

My guess right now would be 5:00 pm. I don't know what the TV schedule can accommodate, but if it works, this is my guess.

A noon start would be pretty absurd for a turn around considering the travel. I can't imagine the NHL wants the game going on at 7 though. That's just not a great time slot for drawing a national hockey audience on a Sunday evening. The NHL is putting the Caps-B's on at 3 on back-to-back Saturdays and have to like featuring this match up. 3 pm on Saturday seems to be their prime weekend slot. I think 3, even, might be too early, so my money is on 5pm. The Caps have been known to schedule 5pm Sunday home games, too.

I was in New Mexico about a month ago for a few days. Holy dead, dreary state. I'd never seen an actual ghost town before. Now I've seen about 30 of them.



Aaaaaaanyway, fuck this game. The shoot-from-the-point-so-Holtby-can-see-it-all-the-way-in-and-make-the-easy-save plan clearly isn't working enough, so it might be nice to try something different.
