Hey Red Sox. I wasn't able to watch much yesterday, but when I did, I saw a team that was kicking the ass of one of the best team's in the league, despite being down 4-0 in the first inning. Keep it going.

I may or may not be in attendance. And after the impressive offensive performances the past two days, I don't want to see a let-down against a rookie. I want to see some more of this.

Keep the home cooking going and WIN DAMMIT

There was a lot to like about yesterday's win. This team is becoming more resilient and easier to get next to. I'd like to see what Lin can do in CF...

I also like that Laser Show "may or mat not be in attendance". That's the tone of a winner.

Keep it up.

Another blow out today and Joe Maddon may forfeit on Monday and make his team run the Boston Marathon.

So, judging by recent events, I will begin to fret if Doubront doesn't look like crap in the first inning. That seems to be the clue to dominance: lull them into thinking they've got you.

Hey, Geaux Sox, win.

After a couple years of not having the money for tickets of my own, I managed to get them at a respectable one game a month rate for this season. Today's the first game on my slate. Looking forward to the ritual italian sausage smothered in mustard outside gate B, sitting next to fat guys in tiny seats who need to go to the bathroom five times an inning, watching pink hats get truped on pop ups to third, and overall just a nice day of base and or ball.
So win the game guys. I don't get to too many of these.

I don't like the Bowden move at all. He was showing signs of maturing as a reliever who could be trusted vs. RHH (.329 career OBPA).

I suspect my paternal grandmother is too. But its not like they offer applesauce as a condiment. Not sure that would even be possible to eat in a bun.

Neither Bowden nor Thomas should be on this team or will be on this team. But our righty relievers are rested, our good lefty threw an inning yesterday, and this opponent has several lefty power hitters. So Bowden is not very useful right now, but both guys are leaving this team and I wouldn't read much into the order or worry that Thomas will be around long. Good move today.

Whoever came up with Small Talk needs to be strapped to a chair and forced to watch it on a continuous loop until his brain commits seppuku.

Gotta love Youkilis on the little kid segment:

Little kid: "what's your favorite song?"
Youk with a disturbing look in his eyes: "the humpty dance is your chance to do the hump!"

It would be super funny if he went 0-4 vs the lefty. Although, it's entirely possible. I hear this Moore kid is decent.
