C's visit the woeful Bobcats, who are sporting a truly atrocious 4-23 home record. It would seem to be a walk in the park for The Green, but it is the third game in three nights and the boys are running on fumes. You can't deny The Truth, but Paul Pierce was banged up toward the end of yesterday's win over New Jersey and Doc may decide to give the veteran all-star a night off. Hopefully, Messrs Pietrus and Pavlovic can pick up the Captain's slack. The Atlantic is just about wrapped up, but there is still work to do.

I'll be in attendance tonight. Don't fucking suck against the worst team in the league,

Ray already ruled out too.

might be harder than we think....

A. Sherrod Blakely ‏ @SherrodbCSN

#CelticsTalk: Still nothing official, but look for the #Celtics to be without Ray Allen, (ankle), Pierce (toe) and probably KG (rest) 2nite.

well, if the celtics HAVE to do three games in three days, the bobcats are the best team to finish off with. if a depleted, tired celtics team can beat anyone, it should be this team.

no pierce? no ray ray? no kg? no problem....its the bobcats.

I'm thinking double-double for Hollins, 30 points for Sasha?

So no Pierce and Garnett in addition to Ray Allen and Rondo has 12 14 points and 7 assists already? That's awesome.

So Rondo is on pace to play this whole game and finish with 32 and 22. That'd be an absolutely ridiculous stat line if it happens and the way this going, it is more likely to happen than not. He has been the man thus far.

The referees are letting most fouls go uncalled, except on Stiemsma. I thought 1-2 of those fouls were dubious.

When Bass fakes and drives to the basket, good things happen. He's been really effective mixing up his offensive game.

10-2 Boston run on the way to closing this out. Thrilled with how the team is playing sans Big Three. Rondo showing he is an elite player, Bradley a worthy sidekick in the backcourt, and the bench gelling a bit.

If this game went to OT, Rondo might have a chance for a quadruple double.

Those 8 TOs are a bit unfair, as a few have been blatantly dropped passes (why can't the official scorer give the intended receiver the TO on these plays???) or plays fouls should have been called on

Actually it's better than I expected w/ this schedule. And no KG.

Good win. Even the Cats sucking wind. Could have easily given up on this game.

The refs swallowed their whistles and were drumming their fingers on their watches all game long. They've got places to go and people to see. Time is money, chop chop,

When you factor in the shut-down defense, which nobody in the big NBA media does, Bradley's emergence is every bit as noteworthy as Jeremy Lin's was for New York a couple of months ago.

Just caught this in an AP synopsis

But the Celtics won anyway as Aaron Bradley and Brandon Bass each scored 22 points.

This Aaron Bradley kid is going to be a star.
