Well, the C's cheesedicked away a winnable game last night in Toronto, and things won't get any easier tonight as this tired band of hardcourt gladiators visit the Jersey swamps to take on the frisky Nets. The Neterans are coming off a quality dispatching of crumbling Philadelphia last night, and would surely relish the opportunity to deal another death knell to Boston's playoff dream. Doc will need to refrain from using the entire bench, lest this one be cheesedicked away, as well.

I'd say it's a good thing no games will be played in this dump anymore, but Brooklyn's not exactly an upgrade.

Stevenson: 153 field goal attempts, 130 three-point attempts. I've never seen such a drastic percentage of shots taken from distance.

The boys are looking flat thus far (except KG). They should be smoking these clowns. I've been worried about this back to back to back for months.

I beg to differ. Brooklyn is quite nice actually. The adjacent neighborhoods are a great urban fabric. I can't speak for the facility, but it's prob not a bad thing that Ghery wasn't ultimately the architect.
Having the games here will, in ways, be a negative on my neighborhood, but I think it's overall going to be very positive.

I think we might have something in that Avery Bradley young man. I'm streaming the Nets broadcast, and much like the TNT crew, they are singing his praises. Mike Fratelo (sp?) said he might be the best on ball defender in the league. Not too bad for a second year man.

Rondo unveils his Plastic Man moves for a rebound and left-handed post maneuver. I love watching Rondo play because he can make athletic and visionary plays that nobody else can.

It's really tough to underestimate the impact KG playing the 5 has had. It forces the other teams big outside to guard him from 18 feet away, where KG is more than happy to take that shot. And lately, he's been hittin' it!

Also, it opens up the basket down low for some easy layups (ahem, Avery Bradley).

Polar opposite of last night's third quarter, and that's a very good thing.
