I love the home opener, even when I'm pissed at the franchise and the team looks bad and 1-5 is feeling oh-so-like-September '11. I simply can't help but be happy and optimistic when watching this team at Fenway.

The guy on the right end only left himself a $25 window where he could possibly win out of deference to the man. But t-shirt dude says fuck that noise, I've been up here for four turns now with dick to show for it. This is my only chance and I'll damned if I'm gonna let soldier boy take home my Barcalounger! 900 lady is like, "oh no you didn't" and 975 is all "can't believe he went there". That is some cold shit.
