The Masters is better than the open. The back 9 has so many scoring opportunities, and it is always a crazy mess out there, and 3-4 strokes sometimes dissapears in the blink of an eye.

The US Open is just a war of attrition, and really such a battle where the Nick Faldo make 18 par's strategy is ofter a winning strategy, asnd well it is a great test of golf, it just isn't the same

As for the playoff question, the old order was 10, 11, 17, 18. When Faldo beat Floyd it was on 11. They changed it when they finally realized that if they replay 18 no one will have to move. But they can't keep playing 18 all day, so its 18, 10, 18, 10 now.

Up until about 10 yards past the MacKenzie bunker in the fairway, the ball would have been out-of-bounds had it traveled in the line of a modestly drawn shot.
