Watching a game at the new park.... literally the only thing I like is the view of downtown Miami. Uniforms, statue, camera location, lime green... all awful.

They need to tone down the colors. The bright green padding and the blue seats just don't work togethe on tv.

What an eyesore... the colors, from the uniforms to the walls, are awful. The height of that home run statue is amazing, though.

I like the lime green walls. At least they're unique. Almost every other park has the dark green or blue walls.

I got all fired up to watch "opening night," fire up the browser, and BAM! blacked out.
I'll be blacked out of the Sox on Saturday too (and Fox isn't showing it out here in the Northwest).
Does anyone know whether the Sox-Tigers will be blacked out tomorrow morning? It looks like ESPN2 is broadcasting it.
I got all fired up to watch "opening night," fire up the browser, and BAM! blacked out.
I'll be blacked out of the Sox on Saturday too (and Fox isn't showing it out here in the Northwest).
Does anyone know whether the Sox-Tigers will be blacked out tomorrow morning? It looks like ESPN2 is broadcasting it.

Try a proxy server - hidemyass.com served me well last year for this purpose.

My cousin's husband's mother is a season ticket holder. She says besides prime games, ticket sales are the same... she also predicts this will be a disaster and they should have moved.

Granted I'm watching on a grainy ESPN3 feed, but the camera panned around to the centerfield seats and they looked maybe 80% full. Then again, they could have been people dressed in dark clothing or something.Looks packed to me.
