I nearly forgot after yesterday's shootout loss that the single point continued my thread starting responsibilities.

Getting only one point sucked, but given that they were 2 goals down with 3 minutes left, it's better than nothing. Thimas had done so well in shootouts before that I guess he was due to have a bad one. Plus, it led to this comedy moment.



The powers that be have decided Ottawa-Philly is worthy on the NHL Network, so it's back to the internet for those of us outside the NESN viewing area.

2 points here before the Rangers/Penguins games would be nice.
