3/24 - They lost to SJ when I was there, the least they can do is beat LA when I'm watching a crappy internet stream

After a night with Skrub, I'd be drinking too.
Well played.

I caught a puck tonite. First time between 800 Red Sox games, 200 Celts games, and 100 Bruins games that I have ever even come close. I gave it to a kid in a B's jersey who was at his first hockey game with his folks. That coupled with a solid win made this a great nite.
I saw you catch that puck. It was right after the first delay regarding the clock. I was non committal about until my girlfriend reminded me that those seemed to be the seats we were eyeing on TicketExchange until they disappeared. I guess I'll have to take solace in my Mattheww Perry and Alan Thicke sightings . Solid win in the end and a great performance by Thomas when they needed it.

That's awesome. My son caught a baseball at a Nats game and a puck at a B's/Caps preseason game in the span of about a month in a half. I have never even sniffed one in 30 yrs of going to games. Now he expects it. Lucky me

I've never caught a puck at a Red Sox game either, but I did catch one at a Bruins game in the mid-90s when I was a kid. It was during the FoxTrax puck years, so a Fleetcenter employee came down and replaced the puck with a souvenir Bruins puck, which I still have somewhere. That's really the only time I've even come close to catching a puck or ball in my life.

I swear to God I just saw Heidi in the crowd
I went into this thread specifically to discover if I had hallucinated that or not.
Also, I've never caught a ball at Fenway but had a friend only went to two games in his life and got a ball both times. WTF.
