No link, but the guys on the Sports Hub (I think Mazz) was saying that Papelbon was boo'ed after giving up a HR in a non-save situation yesterday

We got enough of our own bullpen troubles these days; we're really going to get on the schadenfreude express with Papelbon?
Sheesh. He's going to enjoy Philly just fine if he stays healthy.

Casey Kelly Is getting his elbow examined this week.... Hopefully its not serious (via SD beat writers)
Kelly was scratched from making a start in Salt Lake City and was placed on the seven-day disabled list. The team described the move as precautionary.
Kelly has followed an impressive showing this spring with two strong starts for Tucson. He has a 2.25 ERA and 14 strikeouts in 12 innings this season. In spring, Kelly struck out 18 batters and walked only two in 20 2/3 innings. He finished with a 1.74 ERA in six games and impressed Padres manager Bud Black and pitching coach Darren Balsley.
But Kelly reported elbow tenderness after his last start on Wednesday. He was "OK" when examined in Tucson, Byrnes said. But the Padres want the right-hander to take an MRI and a have a checkup performed here by Padres doctors.

Kyle Weiland: 7ip 3er 6k/1bb against the Dodgers - officially a more effective pitcher in 2012 than Melancon. Also Lowrie has one of the few hits off Kershaw.

Cleveland will be in Boston for a series starting on May 10th. If Lowe's World Series ring isn't found by police by then, I think it would be a really cool gesture by the club if they presented him with another one.

Hey Sox fans, remember Miles Head? He's currently leading the California league in hits, RBI and slugging percentage.
