But lately I am beginning to find

That when I drive myself my light is found

So whatever tomorrow brings

I'll be there with open arms and open eyes

If anyone's bored between now and 7:30 PM tomorrow (I don't see how that could possibly be the case), this is a series of awesome reads. Basically hockey discussions dating back to 1981 using google searches, discussions on Daigle's draft year, old RoY discussions, etc

For instance,

I for one would not trade Bonsignore for Friesen if the Sharks threw in
Craig Janney! Bonsignore needs time to develop, but he's going to be a star.

Great find on the injury faked by then-Ranger Alex Kovalev to nullify a Nordiques goal in the postseason

It is really sad to see the Toronto Maple Leafs struggle like they are.
Toronto, home of the hockey hall of fame, and a hockey center, has a
NHL franchise that is an embarrassment to the league. What has gone
wrong with this organization?
1985

I'm supposed to be getting a call today about whether or not I got the job I interviewed for last night.

As a result, I've started drinking early today. First it was Jameson in the coffee, now it's a Sam Adams Black and Brew.

It's going to be a long day if they don't call soon.

Longer if they do.

You'll find you won't be alone. Plenty of Bruins fans go to Sabres games. Went to the game on the 8th and hit a bar pregame. Lots of Bruins fans there and that was during the week. Sabres fans won't give you shit pregame, but will if the Bruins win.

I won't be there tonight. Done for a while, as the last five games I've gone to they've sucked.

Also, everyone is making a big deal out of Marchand's comments. Don't say anything negative about Buffalo...way too sensitive around here. Small market complex.

There's a pretty good chance our seats will be available for Tuesday's game. Won't know for sure until probably Monday but if someone wants to put in a claim I'll let you know as soon as we do.

My ex (and first girlfriend ever) loved Incubus. I couldn't stand it.

Now, this again. Something that gives me great joy, with a little teaspoon of shit right next to it.

I'll endure this Incubus for however long it takes for the Bruins to make out with my friend. Then, fuck them and her. We move on with our lives. No more Incubus.
