I have this desire every year to know what numbers the new players or coaches will have.The redsox website never lists them until after official spring training has begun and numbers have already been issued. With the new rule tha tplayers have to decide if they are changing in july of previous year,i'm wondering if they won't give prospects like Lavarnway and Middlebrooks,ofensive lineman numbers like they usually give young players and if they will still keep all of those "unretired retired" numbers out of circualtion. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIND THE NEW NUMBERS NOW. as the press date for programs and the media guide must have pasted already.
