Seguin is such a weapon in the shootout. How did he even see that window?

Looks like they're taking aim at Price's blocker side there and getting some shooting room.

I really feel like we stole this game, but good teams have to steal games sometimes.

Wow the B's have become downright deadly in the shootout. What a strength that's been for them this year.

2 points in Montreal is always a good game, no matter how you play.

THOMAS!!! Huge in the shootout.

Way to bail out Chara after he gave Montreal a point. Any win in this dogshit building is a good one.

I've only seen a bit of this third period, but he's been fighting the puck something fierce, was this true for periods one and two?

He actually seemed ok in the first, not so much the second. Much better in the OT.

And is apparently Jesus in the SO.

Good win. Not pretty, but it never is in that building no matter how good or bad the Habs are. It's always a battle.

I'm not down on the overall performance. Played strongly in the first and second even though Montreal was skating and hitting. Ran out of gas in the third on the tail end of a back-to-back but still pulled it out.

Peverley is hurt.

My favorite part was how there was no mention of the hit. Or a replay. And then when they talked about the fact that he was hurt there was no mention that it came on a knee on knee.
Good fuck the announcers were awful tonight.

dafoomie's on the case.

Gill definitely sticks his knee out and into Peverley. Worse than the Marchand hit, in my opinion,

Glad they could fight through some defensive collapses as well as some god-awful officiating. In what universe are Marchand's hip-check & Boychuk's check <.5 seconds after puck release penalties while Gill's knee-check on Peverley goes uncalled? I want to go back up there to piss on the side of the Bell Centre all over again.

Seriously, I don't know if I've seen as obvious a non-call blown as the one on Boychuk. Poor guy had to stare at the jumbotron for like 30 seconds after he went in the box to figure out what he did wrong.

Rask is 1-6-1 against the Habs, 10 goals against in last 3 in MTL.
He's 0-3-1 w/ almost 4 GAA his last 4 overall

Thomas is 3-1 in last 4 w/ 2.00 GAA against the Habs
last time Thomas went back to back was against the Caps and he had a great game.

Seems pretty defensible to me.

SHUT UP NAPKIN

SHUDDUP

Burn that entire fucking province.

I've got a head start

edit: I see cshea's on the knee check. Good man. Like the Jon Sim hit into the stanchion it's just classic clumsy Gill though right? RIGHT?

Honestly I thought the Marchand hit was pretty bad. I guess I can kind of see where he might be able to say he was trying to stop and lost an edge. But... I would have been pretty pissed had it been the other way.
The "penalty" on Boychuk was absurd though. Just plain bad. And the no call on Gill was just as bad. That's close to a suspension worthy knee and nothing? And no comment from the ace crew calling the game? Sigh.

Did he figure it out? Cuz i've seen the replay a bunch of times since and i still have no idea. 2 minutes for interfering with the Habs attempts to score at the Bell Centre is a penalty apparently?

Little less rambling off names of ECHL, AHL, Junior, midget, peewee and mite teams I never heard of....little more attention to detail.

Happy with the 2 points. Very, very annoyed that they allowed Montreal to get a point despite entering the 3rd with a 2 goal lead. That's not Bruins hockey. The team is still not playing all that great.

Eh, I thought they played a decent enough game. The games in Montreal always end up a clusterfuck of some sort, so you take 2 points anyway you can and get the hell out of there. The 3rd was tough, but Montreal is a desperate team playing for their playoff lives and the B's seemed to run out of gas. If Chara doesn't whiff on the pass that set up the Cole goal, they might've snuck out of there with a regulation win. The past 3 games have been somewhat encouraging for the B's, IMO.

The Peverley injury is a huge concern, however.
