Was that good entertainment or what? Now that we've overcome our matinee fears and with Yip's head back at the Orange pussy, it's time to look forward to our next game against the Rangers.

Anything good about New York? Nahhh. There's nothing but plenty of great Korean food, including the famous Kyochon and Bonchon fried chicken. Just go to the Bonchon joint in Allston, Beantown's Koreatown.

Another town, S.M. Town, had a concert at the MSG back in October. That should have done some good damage to the ice there.

Occupy McGill has finally come to an end today. TSC and I were born on Valentine's Day. Will the Bruins win for us and be all of our Valentines? Fuckin' right they will! They'll win. WIN!

Will return from the heart of hell prior to this match but will then fly up hell's asshole AKA Toronto on game day. I am like a hockey Dante and Delta is my Aristotle.

I was excited because I thought this game was going to be at MSG and I could attend. Alas, it is not. I will likely watch it with a bottle of wine in my hotel room. All in all...not a terrible Valentine's Day by my standards.

So I just Wikipedia'd "Dink the Clown". Turns out his real name is Claude Giroux. This can only help Giroux in the Hart race.

This is one of the drawbacks of going to an in-state university. You're around when you get jury duty, and you don't have a proper excuse to get out of it. What kind of cases are you looking at here?

Was the summons sent to your home address? Is jury duty the same County as your school? If not, just say you don't live at that address and and tell them you're now in X County. I've moved around a half-dozen times around the greater Boston area since college and have cited this as a reason to shirk my civic responsibility without issue.

If you're living off campus and the request was sent there, I don't see any way out of it. T&P.

So a company that I'm interviewing for is flying me from Austin to Dallas and back on Wednesday.

Let me put this in perspective. It's a 3 1/2 drive door to door from my apartment to their office.

It's a 1 hour flight from Austin to Dallas, and a 45 minute drive from the DFW to the office. It's a 30 minute drive from my apartment to Austin Intnl.

I'd already told the company if they provided a rental car, I'd be more than willing to drive.

But nope. They're going to buy a ticket today, for a Wednesday flight.

Mind bottling.

If any of you lovebirds are looking for a pair of tickets to tomorrow's game, let me know. The seats from my 10 gamer are available (Sec. 321, Row 11, Seats 5 & 6). It's $140 for the pair and I can email them to you. Just PM me before tomorrow, otherwise they're going up on the Ticket Exchange.

Bettman and Ryan O'Byrne certainly jibe with that.

Though I've never heard O'Byrne speak, I've seen him put a puck into his own net so that's enough for me.

Oh. Ken Dryden too.

Been using this hustle for years. Dad's house is in Plymouth county, Mom's is in Bristol and my apt is in Suffolk. Any time I get one, I just tell them I moved to one of the other counties again.

Also, please win this game in regulation, you guys. I'd like the Rags fans to stop being so smug and chirpy. If that's even possible.

I was actually at jury duty when I wrote that, which is why it sucked. I could actually have done Izzy's method no problem cause I got the notice in Boston but have since moved home, but didn't. Worse, I answered all of the judge's questions truthfully and said I have no bias despite working for the state police. They called me up, interrogated me, put me on the jury, called me back up, interrogated me some more, and put me back again. The defense wound up using his second veto to boot me off.

Looking back on today, I absolutely should have gotten stuck with a week-long case. I am a fucking imbecile. Mock me as such.

Should be a good one at the Garden tonight. I'd like to see the B's put some heat on the Rangers for the top spot in the East.

I'm guessing the Rags are going to want a piece of Ference tonight. Ference/Prust and Thornton/Rupp would be a nice fight card.

Going to an Indian guy's house tonight at 8 to check out a TV for the new apartment.

The game will be DVR'd and love & curry will be in the air.

The remainders of the previous night's Ragin Cajun barbeque. I dropped them in the form of the stars and bars for my homies in Lafayette.

Not sure if you're a DirecTV subscriber but they're doing a free Center Ice preview this week. Channel 628.
