Good defense and making shots on offense. The same way you win any game. Not sure how they win this game. Offense isn't good enough right now and they can't compete on the boards even when they do play strong D.

I'm still beside myself over that rebound. It's as if everyone wanted to get back on defense, on offense.
Well, they couldn't wait to get back on offense, turn the ball over, then get back on defense. So you're right, by proxy.

i'll never understand how Rondo can consistently make that runner/teardrop shot and simultaneously be as bad as Shaq whlie shooting from pretty much anywhere on the floor. Not that i expect him to be a better jump shooter, I think at this point it's obvious that he's not a natural shooting talent, but I have no idea how someone with so little touch is so damn good at that tough runner type shot.
I think it's all his form on his jumpshot, not necessarily "touch" or lack thereof.

It's an absence of good rhythm on his free throws vs. good control of guiding the momentum of the ball that's already moving on his drives. Very different feels on one vs. the other.I think it's all his form on his jumpshot, not necessarily "touch" or lack thereof.

EDIT: I am fully aware that North Carolina doesn't qualify as our region and that the regional exemption is extincted.
