(note right now it should come up if you visit the device using the normal skin on your mobile device... in order to prevent initial confusion). To change skins on yur mobile device using the mobile skin, just scroll all the way to the bottom

it looks like we can also purchase an app via them so if there is enough demand, don't buy the app, I'll just buy the app (it's $800, but I'd rather us pay $800 than 400 people pay $2)

I have had Tapatalk awhile and was happy to see I could use it for SOSH yesterday. It was well worth the the 2.99

Polls don't seem to work for me. Happens on another forum I belong to as well. Not a big deal as you can always do "open in browser".

Security certificate notification pops up on every page of SoSH I use via mobile - I'm guessing it has something to do with this?

Yeah - when I'm signed in, it says security certificate does not match address.
When I'm not signed in, there's a pop-up on every page telling me to download tapatalk. If I cancel that (the "download tapatalk" pop-up), it then tells me again the security certificate is invalid.
Regular android browser, fwiw.

Interesting. I see those Tapatalk alerts occassionally when browsing other forums and I hit ignore or no thanks or whatever. I don't experience the security thing either because I am always signed in, or perhaps Dolphin handles it differently.
FWIW, Tapatalk solved all of my mobile SoSH browsing issues, but created 2 new ones.
1 - I can't participate in Polls via Tapatalk. For that there is a menu option to jump to a browser.
2 - There isn't an option that I see to "only download pictures over WIFI" like there is in Dolphin. Since I have a small data plan, that matters to me. So I try to stay away from NSFW threads when I am using 3G. That would be a nice feature for Tapatalk though.
Everything else, IMO, is way better.

As of Friday, it no longer recognized my password and it won't let me log in. No problems before that.

Just downloaded tapatalk for iPad and it doesn't recognize my username/password combination either.

I just switched from an iPhone to a Droid. My iPhone ran the site's mobile skin just fine (in Safari) - using Firefox on the Droid changes my computer skin to the mobile one as well. I'd really prefer not to have to switch back and forth every single time I log on via a computer vs my phone, but at the same time I don't see a need to purchase an app when I'm fine just using a browser and the mobile skin. I assume to fix this issue I'd have to download a different browser for my phone so the settings didn't fuck up my laptop settings?
Edit: I just tried using the phone's default browser and same result. Am I basically forced at this point into either switching back and forth or buying Tapatalk? (the no spoiler thing is a big deal for me)

Just adding my feedback: Running BB OS7, spoilers don't work, and it does hang occasionally. All in all, a nice app to have, though I certainly prefer laptop or tablet.

Something odd I just discovered in TapaTalk. It shows mod options like locking threads even though I don't have those privileges. Guessing it's a TapaTalk bug.
